It’s not about the cereal bar. Repeat after me.

I get it. For years, businesses have tried everything to attract and retain millennial and Gen Z talent. They’ve installed foosball tables and game rooms, offered unlimited vacation days, and even hosted massive super bowl parties with unlimited beer and chicken wings. But when we look at the reality the today’s job market, it’s evident that these generations are looking for more than just a fun work environment. They need to feel like their work is purposeful, and that they are making a real difference in the world.

Indiviti was started to give leaders the tools they need to build purpose-driven organizations.

Who is the heart behind Indiviti?

The founder of our company

Dr. Colleen Batchelder is a nationally recognized speaker, executive coach, and DEIB consultant. She has coached and consulted for numerous organizations, including nonprofits, Fortune 500 companies, and startups.

For over two decades, she has helped create inclusive workplaces and community cultures that are diversified, inclusive, and equitable. Dr. Batchelder has also helped organizations develop communication styles and leadership methodologies that attract and retain millennials and Generation Z employees.

She has been featured in Entrepreneur, Entrepreneur Mexico, Ladders, She Owns It, MSN, Chief Learning Officer, and Talent Management. In addition to being a sought-after speaker on diversity and inclusion issues in the workplace, she is also the author of an upcoming book (launching in 2022).

Millennials and Generation Z can seem unconventional and inconvenient, but I assure you, they are far from irrelevant.
